Is it just me...

..who finds this little path and seated area a bit, well, odd?

In the middle of the Wolverhampton ringroad is this walkway, a path leading to further down the ringroad and amongst the trees, a seat. I'm all for seats and gardens and short cuts, but sitting in the middle of the road, breathing in all those lovely petrol fumes and listening to the beeping, speeding cars doesn't exactly shout "a moment's peace" to me!
