Elf and Safety

Apparently there are no regulations for safety of workers on building sites - all working in the heat of the day with minimal head covering, balancing precariously at great height. They start at 7am and work solidly throughout the day until 3pm when they finish. What surprises me is that they still have energy to cycle home!! I am exhausted just watching them.
