Citizen Kane

Following the trend of other blippers who have already posted this movie topic, the "Rosebud" seemed the obvious choice..

I'm not usually all over the place with the monthly challenge, but I seem to have gone out of whack, I guess the blip came before the movie topic this time around..

There are not many rosebuds or roses around at the moment, I just gave my roses a hard prune this morning before the rains are upon us again, which is forecast for this week, looking at the sky this morning I find it hard to believe.
I took the car for it's due service to the garage and walking back home I passed this rose amongst others in someone's garden, it looked quite a beauty against the backdrop of the sky..
