David up early, learning guitar. Got two or three brilliant shots and even though this one is possibly technically least best, I liked the composition & pose most of all.

Feeling major gash again today but certainly improved somewhat compared to the weekend.

The kids & I never watch films during the week, there's invariably not enough time and I kinda think everyone would get sick of films if we did that and also, there's enough TV going on as it is. But, tonight, it was a kinda lazy extension of the weekend so we had beans on toast for tea and watched Napoleon Dynamite after whilst eating fresh mango.

Love that wonky film.

Gonna get another early night.
