I spent much of the morning listening to the washing machine and vacuum cleaner so in the afternoon it was a walk in the opposite direction to all the noise of people and traffic.

I liked the way these foxgloves were forming an entrance to the footpath leading up from High Sweden Bridge. I was out for 2 hours doing a walk that should take 1 hr 15 mins without photo stops, and in all that time saw 1 other person. Must try and get some more photos on Flickr.
