The Mystery of the Neat Bins!

For a few months now the grass verges have been getting cut very regularly and the wheely bins all lined up in a lovely straight row. It's strange how pleasing I find this, and hope that the mystery grass cutter continues his good work. (We think we know who it is, so pretty sure it's a 'he').
