Panna Cotta prize

It went very well on the part of my module design at the degree programme evaluation meeting today. Some senior academic officers liked my PPT slides in particular! :-)

Enjoyed the lunch afterwards and was invited to dinner with the external. The photo was the dessert I ordered, purely because of my curiosity about its name called 'Panna Cotta', in which I recognise the latter half as in the famous Chinese 'Terracotta Army'.

Neither it was as hard as a brick, nor would I expect that it was as soft as tender toufu. A wonderful feeling became a great passion for it. It could be more attractive if there was something red or yellow or purple on top, as this link shows.
