Perfect Harmony

What a magic amazing day daughter H & P have had. Perfect in every way; the weather, the church and service, the reception, the photographer and the family and friends who helped them celebrate their wedding.

The Groom’s day had started with an early morning surf accompanied by Best Man, family and friends, followed by breakfast, helping set up the reception venue and other essential things… speech writing .. a quickie at the local hostelry before getting to the church on time.

Meanwhile the Bride and her Bridesmaids supped fizzy and made themselves look sumptuous. The Bride’s Mother had her hair done, delivered cakes and other necessities to the reception venue, collected her outfit before being driven by Gofer to join the Bride.

The Photographer arrived. Soon we were all ready…… steady……. GOOOOOOO

Gofer and H arrived in the Limo. He looked so smart and proud, she was just so beautiful. The service was a joyous celebration of two wonderful young people committing themselves to each other surrounded by family and friends. They came out of the church, which overlooks the beach and lock gates at Bude, to an arch of surfboards. We then all walked across the beach and downs to Rosie’s Kitchen for a brilliant beach front reception . The sunset on a perfect day and just after midnight we walked home under the full moon.

Far too tired and exhausted to blip . Sunday is farewells to family, followed by bbq with H’s lovely new in – laws so this blip will just have to wait!
