Arrows in the Sky

Today I took a drive out to Apley Farm, as they were participating in Open Farm Sunday, a national initiative where farms across the UK open their gates and invite people to look around for free. (Thanks to the newspaper that alerted me to this a few days ago, it's a brilliant idea!) Whilst we were there, we managed to spot these guys - the RAF's famous Red Arrows who were performing at the nearby Cosford Air Show. I'd been wanting to go to the show, primarily to see these guys perform as they're one of my favourite things to see, but we hadn't been able to get tickets. Imagine my delight when we saw them flying above the farm! We got lucky and were in the right place at the right time.
