Red wine!!!

S got this wine bottle for R & A.
A got the second wine bottle for S & R. But none of the bottles were opened.
Now, I could see only two options:
1. Can try my hands on long-term aging of these two bottles. Need to hide it from S though :)
2. Time to take my culinary skills to a new level ;)
