Emergency Standby

Charlie is on emergency standby with the Lifesaving section in Bray.

He says he is confident of being able to do a good job if a rescue situation occurs. He has seen all the Fireman Sam episodes (twice I think). Anyway he is not being paid for it ( so it is not a contract), therefore he is allowed to lose one or two victims without it being held against him.
