Late evening Great blue Heron

First off I would like to give a big thanks to everyone for there stars and favours , my image from yesterday hit the spotlight page to my surprise !

Tonight I had to wait until late to go out as severe thunderstorms with heavy rain came through and cooled us down a bit. There was even a tornado watch put in place.

As I walked around the lake I spotted the Great blue heron looking over the lake , I had some problems getting my shots as the light of the day was fading around 9:30 tonight.
