Ashford in the Water - Scarecrow Competition

This years Well Dressings at Ashford in the Water has the added attraction of a Scarecrow competition, so the village is full of weirdness with Spiderman, hanging from the eaves Sponge Bob Square Pants relaxing in a garden, a giant ladybird and a weird old woman sitting down having afternoon tea.
Here's a crow which I suppose is weirdly supposed to scare other crows..
