... I'm not saying these croissants are perfect, but they are definitely edible. It's the same batch of dough I used last time, but this time I thawed them overnight and baked them in the morning, and the texture was much better. Now I just need to master the art of rolling them properly. Not a great photo, but the only one I took all day!
