Please don't grow up

Here in Dorset we don't get really get snow. This last winter we didn't get any, and in previous years there has barely been a sprinkle. So my children don't ever do Snow Angels, instead they make the best of what they have.....sand....and plenty of it. Every time we go to the beach Samuel, Oliver and Isabella will lay and make Sand Angels.

Earlier in the week Isabella and her friend built sandcastles, even though we were not near any sand - they used stones instead and piled them high to make a castle.

Oliver and Isabella make camps using their old baby blankets, they have imaginary picnics and run around the garden pretending to be power rangers.

Children are so wonderfully imaginative, creative and resourceful. I don't want them to ever grow up!
