It's becoming a Wednesday routine to meet Josh at Grand Central for a hot dog before class. I would never have chosen a hot dog back home but they've become my guilty pleasure.

After class I forced the boys to come for a run with me. It was still so hot and humid so we just went to Hoboken, around the park and back. The boys were good motivation as they're both much fitter than me, hopefully they'll help me keep up with going.
