Getting organised?

I re-did my planner.
I was thinking what would work for me and I came up with a post-it like system for appointments or tasks that come back every week. And no lines in the day-spaces work as well. It creates some kind of peace for me.
On days I want to do a lot but I know that is not a really good idea, because of low energy or a too busy head, I have a 'to do' stamp with 3 lines that fit in my planner on 1 day. And then it's full. And that's a good thing.
This was a pretty busy week by the way.
