FORTH REPLACEMENT CROSSING

My cycle run today took me over the Forth Road Bridge where I got this view of the new bridge under construction. The structure is Scotland’s biggest transport infrastructure project in a generation and is on track to be completed in 2016. It was quite impressive, cycling under these massive steel beams cantilevering out from their temporary supports.
