Row, Row, Row your Boat

Mum and I spent yet another day enjoying a spot of retail therapy, and I ended up buying a garden bench. It was an ex-display model (which I got at a bargain price), so no flat pack here, which made getting it home interesting!

On the way home we stopped at the local park, Danson Park, for an ice cream next to the lake. I left Mum enjoying the antics of a group of youngsters having a canoe lesson - which seemed to feature wacking each other round the head with the paddle - while I wandered down the lakeside with the camera. This string of rowing boats caught my eye.

I've just noticed that exactly a year ago I took shot from a similar spot - I wonder if its the same bird?
