The Big Sky

The sky was amazing today. It was enormous! It was majestic! I'm afraid I didn't do it justice. I ran to the river on my way back from the post office (well, its not really on the way, but if you have a camera it is :) ) I took tons of pictures of this beautiful sky reflected in the river but that didn't quite catch the enormity of it. I did sky, docks, sky reflection in the river and couldn't pin down the feeling that I was getting. This one, I think, comes close but I guess it just proves, once again, that as simple human beings we can only offer a poor imitation of the absolute beauty that is nature!
