A Hard Life

When it's raining, cold and wet, they stay at home in the warmth of the fire, at worst spend an hour or two in the warm, draught free cowshed with a herd of girls. When the sun comes out, they get one (of many) of their toys out of the shed, switch on the CD player, wait for the GPS box to get a signal, put the automatic gearbox to "D" and then spend a few hours touring around the countryside enjoying the air conditioned, pollen filtered out, country air.

A hard life and quite understandable that farmers worldwide always have a very good plausible reason to complain. The bigger their toys the more so.

This is Framer Franz, for once not having to do something for us but making sure his girls have some food in the winter. Spotted on our way out for the late morning walk. He may not be an English football fan but he loves his, England assembled, New Holland.
