Wedding Cake

for Daughter #3.

I made this Royal Blue fondant covered petal shape cake dotted with buttercream icing.
It is decorated it with edible gumpaste orchids of Sky Blue and Royal Blue.
There is a variety of Dendrobium Orchids, Cattlya Orchids, and Moth Orchids.

Each tier is a different flavor.
Top tier: Lemon flavored Golden Cake with Lemon Curd filling.
Middle tier: Carrot-Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Black Walnut Nougat filling.
Bottom tier: Waldorf Astoria Chocolate Cake with Cherry filling.
