The bridge

I do always drive over this bridge without stopping but today I stopped the car and took this picture.
I have this text from the web page of Kongsberg Kommune.

The bridge is considered one of the oldest stone arch bridges in Norway. It was probably built for the road between Kongsberg and Vestfossen was developed to drive within the years around 1630.

The first bridge here was of wood, while the stone arch bridge was built in 1767. In 1997 the bridge reinforced and restored to its original appearance.

The bridge has an aperture of 8.3 m and a width of 5.6 m It is protected from the 1960s.
