Royal Ascot

It was a glorious day and Steve and I had a picnic on the Heath and watched the racing from there. Josh could go free as an accompanied under 18 but it was otherwise sold out… !

We did well on the betting and I chose two winners and a place … this shot is my choice winning comfortably with a furlong to go. Steve reckons that we didn't end up out of pocket even with purchases on the day.

Now off to a BBQ and to enjoy the longest day of the year!
