River Almond Waterfall

Clamb and I went for a jolly to Cramond this afternoon. The idea was to take a few shots of the waterfall on the River Almond (you can see it full size on Flickr) and combine long exposure with HDR. We only got a couple of shots before some kids decided to go for a dip in the river and completely ruin our shots. Maybe it's my age but, damn those whippersnappers! Damn them and their rock and roll 8-track tapes!

Anyway, we decided to pack up our kit and move on to Cramond beach, where we got some shots of the submarine defenses that line the causeway to Cramond Island. These shots are also on Flickr, should you be interested.
