Changing My Blip

No more cupcake photos. Mom was right :)

This was the best dinner I have cooked in a long time. It's quinoa patties. I diced up two stalks of celery, half an onion and half a bell pepper. Mix that together with two cups of quinoa cooked in veggie stock. Add an egg, a quarter cup of flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder, and then make it into patties and fry it in olive oil. The sauce is not pictured but it was really good as well. It consisted of Veganaise, Sriracha, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Yummers!
