Here are the Swallow babies 3 or maybe 4

Had a very nice meal out with the Table Tennis club at Armstrongs in Clacton pavillion also a Bowling alley and Pool.
I as a Coeliac worry about eating out especially in mixed company as when you have to keep asking about your food it makes you look picky to those who don't know you then you have to explain about it.
anyway Armstrongs make all their food Gluten Free as the owners wife is also a Coeliac and one of the Chefs their WoooHoo! and very nice the food was to.
