My world in pictures.

Summer Solstice

On our way to Stonehenge we caught up with one of our fellow microlighters. The sun had not risen yet and it was quite hazy at 4.30 am in the morning. I had lots of other photo's I could have chosen: sunrise or Stonehenge; although from the air with 1,000s of people crowded round the stones within the circle, it was quite unremarkable.
We had fun anyway seeing it all from 3,000 feet and were even joined by some paragliders. On the way back we took in some views of Southampton and the Isle of Wight before we landed at Popham Airfield.

A wonderful experience and getting up at 2am wasn't too bad knowing we were going to do something exciting.
