Spead the Plough

We had a really nice evening next door with quite a few of our neighbours. Here's a lovely picture of P and M, our host and hostess. They showed us a beautiful bowl that had come down through P's family, the inscription on the side reads:
'A peasent to Mr & Mrs E....' and an 'r' is inserted between the p and the e.
Inside it reads:
'Spead the Plough. All you that doth good lickour ador. Turn me up and I'll tell you more'
and on the base: 'Fill me again'.

What a lovely memento!
