Notre Dame des Auzils, Gruissan S of France

We travelled just passed Narbonne this morning, then climbed another steep stoney path, passing a number of memorials dating back to the early eighteen hundreds, many remembering two and three generations of the same fanily all lost at sea. At the top we reached this chapel dated 1635 built on the site of an old Priory, still beautifully maintained dedicated to all seamen.
