Flashes and Floaters

Stuck inside with one dilated pupil.

Woke up in the night with lightening flashes across my left eye and floaty bits. Internet search instructed me to seek help of optician ASAP in case of detached retina. So have spent Sunday at....Specsavers.

Eye is fine, but had to have drops that dilate the pupil for six hours and can't go out in bright sunlight or focus properly.

(Quality of shot poor because I used webcam on laptop.)
