Craigentinny Marbles

The Craigentinny marbles are located in Northeast Edinburgh, nestled among the bungalows which sprung up around it. The marbles are a tomb for the last of the Christie- Miller family. They represent scenes from the book of Exodus. Unfortunately the two smaller panels were lost when the ship sank on it's journey from Italy.

My Husband first showed me the Craigentinny Marbles many years ago when he worked near by. I'm sure that there are many people in Edinburgh who are unaware of their existence.
