Took Lucy down the golf course with mum and Shelly in the morning.

Mum and dad have done a wonderful job of training Lucy to come back when she is let off the lead so we went down there to practice.

Saw these rapids as we were coming back so did a bit of long exposure (not too long though as I didn't have my filter with me).

Back to Essex later...
