Went to church this morning which was really great. Then went back for a BBQ and ate a considerable amount of great food, so much so no football was played by me, much to the guys annoyance.

Then I sort of crashed for the rest of the day just exhausted from late nights and early mornings. Going to try and sleep better this week.
