I.have.been.Biobanked.

Today I joined the UK Biobank; a giant research resource for medicine and science. Two hours of memory and cognition tests, diet, health and lifestyle questionnaires, 5 vials of blood, a bone density test and spirometry, measurements, eye and hearing tests (YES! I am officially 5'3", always doubted that extra inch), saliva and urine tests finished off with a nice biscuit and cup of tea (which I eschewed after hearing the truth about weight/measurements).
