Convenience

7 Eleven is a convenience store that is found here as well as Japan and America. Now the differences between Australia's 7 Eleven and Japan's 7 Eleven is that there's more services that you can use in Japan. For example, you can send and receive parcels as well as purchasing event tickets and the use of printer/scanner and fax services.

I would say that Australia's 7 Eleven is more like England's corner shops in the fact that there's one pretty much every street except that in Australia you can't buy alcohol in store.

Where it differs, apart from alcohol is the price of items. As 7 Eleven is a chain you are guaranteed the price is the same in all stores where as England's corner shops prices change according to different shops. Also that they are all pretty much 24/7 whereas in England most shut in the early hours of the morning.
