"Sweat, sweat. Let the music take control"

Back from Mexico and America and here I am sweating it out trying to burn off all the tacos and cinnamon swirls I have eaten. Actually, I was quite surprised to find that I didn't put on any weight when I was away. I put that down to how much I walk when I travel. I usually leave my accommodation first thing in the morning and walk around the city till midnight or later. I am yet to find a travelling companion who can keep up with me! I must have been walking for ten hours solid everyday whilst I was away, which was enough to burn off the 10,000 calories I was consuming every day.
