The GOG

Today he was allowed to get dressed and was permitted to wander about the hospital, which pleased him; he was told to be back on the ward by twelve noon for his lunch. Then this afternoon he met us in clinic 12 for Oliver’s annual Coeliac check-up. I took today’s picture of the GOG on the concourse. He may come home tomorrow or it might still be Thursday they have not yet made their decision. If he is not coming home I shall visit in the morning as we can have a walk; the more exercise he gets the quicker he will regain his strength. Then he can go to the ward for his lunch and then come out again for the afternoon.
