Summer Time Barbeque

Another day of extra hours and extra money. Rory met me from work and we decided that as it rains on all of Rory's days off, we should have a barbeque whilst it wasn't raining.

We headed up to St Mary's loch, and although it threatened to rain, our barbeque was a success! We skimmed stones, tried to hit moving stones with other stones and sat having our barbeque as a girl kept shouting on her unruly dog. After stuffing our faces, we stuffed our faces with toasted marshmallows before heading home.

I don't think I've ever experienced so many midges before! Rory and I spent a long while watching a spider that lives on his wing mirror, catching midges and assembling them into a line as we drove home.

We're meant to be heading to Keswick in a couple of weeks but we've nothing booked yet. So we spent some of tonight looking into other places we could possibly go to.
