Sundial

In steeple shadow,
Time must wait the quiet night,
'Til the new dawn creeps.


...... stuck in the office all day ... didn't even step outside until the evening when I went to dance practice. We practice in a church hall and this sundial is in the churchyard..... the sun was still quite bright but the sundial was in the shade of the church tower, so no chance to tell the time from it ....
