View out of the hotel window this morning, of the 3 islands.

Went out for a run and Liz had spoken to our neighbour who was looking after Dylan. Without going into all the details, he was limping and had massive swelling on his paw, which turned out to be an oedema . By the time the vet had seen him, we were already en route.

Massive traffic jams coming out of le Lavandou delayed us by a couple of hours, but home by 8. Fortunately Dylan seems much better and this problem seems to have nothing to do with the other growth that we need to check out next week.

So home earlier than anticipated but relieved.
