Progress!

Been a bit frustrated of late regarding my weight not moving much, but check this; although my weight is the same, my body fat percentage is down and my muscle mass and BMR are up! Score!

Now on week 6 of my 12 week plan from Laura, so I'll do another body comp weigh-in at the end. Fingers crossed for more positive results!
