and so it begins...

Week 1 Run 1 - 3 miles

Today was my first day of marathon training! As you may know, my brother and I will be running the Abingdon Marathon in October (we will be touting for sponsorship later in the year!) Neither of us has run the 26.2miles before so it will be a challenge.

My training schedule gave me an easy start, a slow 3 miles (34mins). After dropping Wilf off at nursery I had a run through Pitville Park in the sunshine.
