View of Bamburgh Castle

Our first day in Northumberland has been spent visiting Bamburgh Castle. It really is a fantastic castle if you are ever in the area. There was lots to look at, including live archaeological digs and museums. All the staff we spoke to were more than happy to tell us more about the place and people.
