down at the bottom of the deep blue sea..

I went out with my friend Alison today.. We called in to visit Valerie and had a lovely cup of tea which was nice!! After Valerie's, Alison and i headed into Brighton to buy marinades and toys for Alison's BBQ on Saturday.. Really looking forward to the weekend.
Stephen has had a date for his operation confirmed for the 30th July, this is the gall bladder operation which should have taken place this time last year but had to be cancelled because he was in hospital fighting off that horrible MSSA bug... This evening we had a lovely walk between Saltdean and Ovingdean. The tide was out and we had a look in the rock pools hence the blip! I was hoping to find a crab or at least some sort of living creature but as the rocks were very very slippy and i didn't fancy slipping on my as,s i gave up and we headed back to the car...
