Trip to the marina

Today Josh, Mary and I went out to the centre of Santa Marta with Brandon. We had a brief tour of the sights of Santa Marta, including things like 'That's where the mayor used to live' and 'That's the statue with the missing 'u''! Santa Marta isn't really much of a tourist city so there's not a huge amount to see. We ended up down by the marina, which is pretty, although a little spoilt by the industrial port that the government have now built in this bay, which is unfortunately polluting the water. I took a lovely photo of Josh and Mary here, but for some reason neither of them like it so won't let me use it, so I've picked this beautiful one instead! Then we went for ice creams in the lovely italian ice cream parlour we found with Abi a few days previously. It was really nice to spend some time getting to know the centre, and to have some time getting to know Brandon better.
