Daddy Daycare

Wasn't sure I was going to get this blip up - LR took the huff and decided it wasn't going to import photos from my SD card, but it liked them fine when coming from the hard drive.

This handsome chap is a Thirteen Moons resident of a few months, and when he arrived was teamed up with 4 young chicks that had come from elsewhere. We'd never seen a roo looking after chicks before, so it was very sweet. Not sure exactly what breed he is - there is some silkie in him, but other things too. Now the chicks are a bit older, they are milling around with all the other hens and ducks, but caught this pose this afternoon.
