Loch Lomond again

I took a jaunt on the bus down to Balmaha with a blip hunt in mind, then climbed up to the promontory known as Craigie Fort, in order to blip the loch from a different perspective.

As you can see, the sky was very overcast and it was much cooler than of late, but I was sweating warm from the exertion of climbing. After a coffee in The Oak Tree Inn I got chatting to two American WHW walkers (uncle and nephew) while waiting for the bus back to Drymen. The nephew was complaining about the cold and commented on the weirdness of a couple eating ice-cream cones in such weather! What a big softie!

Hope it's a good weekend for everyone.
