A country picnic

I spotted these on my travel and for a moment thought it was a picnic spot. I in no way condone fly tipping but the tip is a way away and it is £15 per item to have larger items collected. The tip opening hours are inadequate and there is always a long queue on the road outside saying 'No queuing!' As the tip is never quiet, I don't know what they expect you to do - drive 10 miles back and try again later?
