The Pass

It isn't often you can watch what goes on in the kitchen of a Michelin starred restaurant, but at The Pass the diners can watch the preparation of their meticulously prepared dishes. The kitchen is very quiet with the chefs getting on with their tasks and seldom speaking to each other. The menu is a tasting menu with lots of small courses, each with several components, and of course they were beautifully presented. Despite these delicate portions, we were well fed. As each dish was served it was described in detail, and the chefs were always keen to tell us how they were prepared.
I have been several times before to The Pass as a guest of JustEnj0y. This time Normous and I introduced it to friends and they loved it!
I think you might just gather from this that I've had a good day!
